The program is organized to offer Nigerian graduates and students enrolled in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or the Students Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) practical work experience and exposure in the telecommunications and information technology industry.

- CGPA (3.0 – 5.0 minimum) / BSc (2.1 minimum)
- WAEC (minimum 6B’s &C’s)
