The 2023 NDEP Graduate Trainee Program

Niger Delta Exploration & Production Plc (NDEP) is delighted to announce its Graduate Trainee Program. The program is planned to equip graduates with the essential skills and experience to become successful professionals in the oil and gas industry.

The program will be divided into two phases:

Phase 1: The first phase will be a 12-month intensive training program, which will provide participants with the technical and operational knowledge needed to excel in the oil and gas industry. This will include courses in oil and gas production, drilling, and exploration. Participants will also have the opportunity to gain practical experience in the field.

Phase 2: The second phase will be a 12-month fieldwork program, where participants will gain practical experience in all aspects of oil and gas exploration and production. Participants will also be exposed to the different types of equipment used in the industry and will learn how to use them safely and efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria for the 2023 NDEP Graduate Trainee Program

To be considered for the Graduate Trainee Program 2023, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree with a minimum grade of Second Class Upper Division (2.1).
• Applicants must not have more than 3 years of post-graduation experience.
• Applicants must have completed the NYSC scheme.
