PROGRAMME

The 12-month programme will provide a theoretical element aligned to an NQF Learnership programme and practical on­ site work experience to enhance the skills and workplace performance of entry-level learners. It offers foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, computer and basic business principles.

The Programme is appropriate for Grade 12 qualified persons to acquire essential professional skills. During the practical component, Learners will provide administrative support to promote the effectiveness of managers and the departments in general as work readiness preparation. The Learnership Programme will offer learners an opportunity to acquire invaluable work experience in a real working environment. They will obtain experience in a range of different types of organisations including Sasol, nonprofit organisations, and public and private organisations.

  • Entrepreneurship,
  • Business Operations,
  • Customer Service,
  • Business Accounting,
  • Maths Literacy,
  • Communication skills
  • and Computer Skills.

FORMAL EDUCATION

High School or School Diploma or similar

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

Experience: 0 – 2+ relevant years

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

CORE ELEMENTS

Partake in Leanership programme and successfully complete the assessment procedure. Participate in all required workplace readiness activities and exercises
