The 2023 Energy Globe Award Applications
The 2023 Energy Globe Award is an annual award presented by the Energy Globe Foundation to honor innovative projects for sustainable energy or resource conservation. To date, the Energy Globe Award has been presented in more than 180 countries. The 2023 Energy Globe Award will be the 18th annual award presented by the Energy Globe Foundation.
The aim of the Energy Globe Award is to present successful sustainable projects to a global audience and to showcase that for most of our environmental problems, feasible solutions are already available.
Projects submitted from over 180 countries join each year in the Energy Globe Awards. Participation is available to all projects which save our environment like resource conservation, improving air and water quality, energy efficiency and renewable energies, and related areas. Also, projects that concentrate on the creation of awareness in these areas will be permitted to participate.

ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR THE 2023 ENERGY GLOBE AWARD
- Any company, organization (i.e. NGO, club, school, university), individual or public authority that contributes to climate change and other environmental issues can apply.
- They award projects in the categories: Earth, Fire, Water, Air, Youth, and Sustainable Start-Ups. They are looking for projects that provide solutions to air, soil, and water pollution, apply renewables and increase energy efficiency, demonstrate sustainable use of our planet’s resources, and contribute to environmental education. No project is too big or too small!
- An applicant can submit more than one project. A project can be submitted in any country, regardless of whether they have been awarded a project in this country before.

- Setting an example to others / Being a role model to others
- Free of charge participation
- €2,000 prize for each international Energy Globe World Award winner

Participation is free of charge. The application language is English or German, Application deadline is December 31, 2023.
