The FMYSD/Nestle Alliance for Youth Nigeria Vocational Skills Training 2023 is a strategic partnership between the Federal Ministry of Youths and Sports Development (FMYSD) and Nestle Nigeria to empower Nigerian youths with technical and vocational skills. The program seeks to offer 10,000 youths nationwide access to the technical and vocational training necessary to open up job and career opportunities in the private and public sectors alike.

Established in August 2021, the Alliance is a business-driven movement of organizations passionate about working together to aid young people around the country get the necessary skills to thrive in the world of work.

Members of the Alliance for Youth Nigeria include Nestlé Nigeria, Jobberman Nigeria, Big Bottling Company, the United Nations Global Compact Network Nigeria, and U-Connect HR Limited, with Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund and Activate Success International as partner organizations.
