The Junior Achievement Nigeria 2023 ViMP (Mini-MBA Course for Youth Corpers)
The Venture in Management Program (ViMP) is a prestigious annual program of Junior Achievement Nigeria since 2000. ViMP is intended as a one-week intensive session to present chosen members of the National Youth Service Corps to the different facets of managing a business, making crucial business decisions, and developing skills for General Management. ViMP aims to prepare NYSC members for the world of business as managers and entrepreneurs. This opportunity is designed to expose future business leaders to the responsibilities, opportunities, and demands of a career in management.
The weeklong program contains rigid and stimulating classroom meetings (led by facilitators from the Lagos Business School), case studies, panel discussions, study groups, guest speakers, and recreation, culminating in a strategy workshop, during which the participants offer solutions to various business problems.

The learning environment images that of the top business schools worldwide with case studies concentrating on Business Ethics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Social Enterprise, General Management, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS FOR THE 2023 ViMP
To be eligible for the 2023 ViMP, applicants are required to have met the conditions below:
- Applicant must be a serving Youth Corps Member, or recently finished
- Must be 27 years or younger
- Must have excellent academic records (Minimum 2:1)
- Have confirmed interest in General Management
- Have a track record of leadership
- Participation in the previous JAN program will be an added advantage

- A Curriculum Vitae (Must be saved with your full name)
- Proof of service (NYSC ID Card OR Call-Up Letter)
